Pre-SOS Parties – 04-12-2023

Pre-SOS parties were in full swing at OD Pavilion and Fat Harold’s on Wednesday night.

The OD Pavilion Social and Shag Club had their Pre-SOS Spring Safari Party at the world famous OD Pavilion (ODP). Here are a few pictures. Thanks to Shirley Sykes Horne for some of these photos:

HOTO’s (Harold’s On The Ocean) has live music nightly in the open area between the entrances to Spanish Galleon and HOTO’s restaurant. There are a number of good bands that play here, playing a wide variety of music. Last night it was Smoke & Mirrors Band so we walked across the parking lot from ODP to Hoto’s (Harold’s On The Ocean) to see them. Here are photos:

Then it was onto Fat Harold’s. The Wednesday night locals crowd was out in force along with a large number of out-of-towners that had already landed in OD for SOS. The DJ’s kept the dance floor full all night in both the front room and back room.

One of the highlights of the night was Jackie McGee shagging with Jim Quick.
